1. Master Services Agreement
By accessing the website, engaging RankingSky for digital engineering services, or licensing the RankingSky logistics operating system platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Platform Licensing & Intellectual Property
The RankingSky logistics operating system, including all source code, algorithms, workflow designs, and visual interfaces, is the proprietary intellectual property of RankingSky Technologies Inc.. Enterprise clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the software in accordance with their designated subscription agreement.
3. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The platform integrates with third-party software including Central Dispatch load boards, RingCentral telecommunications, and corporate email providers. RankingSky is not responsible for outages, rate changes, or policy updates enacted by independent third-party carriers or service vendors.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Software architecture studies and illustrative concepts published on this site are technical designs for educational and demonstration purposes. RankingSky disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its digital services or platform workflows.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
